Viewing Related Incidents/Problems
NOTE: The following feature currently exists for Retail customers only
Digital Connected Services and Service Engineering teams have enabled a program to improve DCS value across each industry Service Desk. Our management teams perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to link prevalent issues to a central problem that we can address.
On some ticket details pages, you may see a third tab labelled "Problems". This tab displays a list of Problems that are associated with the ticket. On problem details pages, the tab will be lablled "Tickets" and will display a list of related incidents.
