Taking payments when you don’t have your card reader

You can start taking payments today even before your card reader arrives. Simply follow these instructions for  manual entry:

  1. Select “Sale”

  2. Select “Keyed In”

  3. Enter requested information:

    • Amount

    • Name

    • Card Number

    • CVV

    • Expiration day

    • Zip Code

    • Email Address

  4. Select “Process”

  5. Obtain Cardholders Signature

  6. Select “Process”

  7. Review the Transaction

  8. Selecting “OK” will email receipt to cardholder

Congratulations, you’ve just completed a manually processed a payment!

Note: Transactions processed with the manual card entry feature will be processed at the mid-qualified or non-qualified discount rate.
