With Kitchen selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Kitchen Configuration > Staff Level to access the Staff Level function. Use the Staff Level function to represent divisions needed to make changes to your operations on demand. Typically, you might create a staff level based on the number of employees in the kitchen, such as 'Full,' or 'Half,' or you could be more general and create staff levels for the amount of business at the time, such as 'High Volume' or 'Low Volume.' Then you use staff levels for making changes to your operations, such as re-routing items.

Name — Identifies the staff level, up to 40 characters.
Routing rulebook — Indicates the routing rulebook to use for this staff level.
