With Takeout selected in the product panel, select Maintenance > Takeout Configuration > Check-In Locations to access this function. The Check-In Locations function works in combination with the Order Mode Locations function.

Use the Check-In Locations function to name each check-in lane that represents a designated area where a vehicle pulls up to a kiosk device to enter the order number given to them when they place an online order. The order point for a traditional drive-thru is also considered a check-in lane.
Once you name your check-in lanes, use the Order Mode Locations function to associate each check-in lane with an order mode. This function allows you to specify if a check-in lane is required or optional, per order mode, as well as assign a default check-in lane designation.
