Troubleshooting time clock duplicates
Problem/Scenario: The Time Clock report in Back Office displays multiple duplicates for more than one user.
Symptoms to identify issue: Time Clock duplicating users, and most clock-in or clock-out times are showing as missing.
Resolution: Use escalation template to send this incident to Incident Management Team. They will review and send to development for removal of all duplicates. There is no need for merchant/support specialist to manually remove.

To open a case:
- Call or text the support line: (877) 270-3475.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org. A case number is returned to you.
To submit a case, include the following:
- Your name, phone number and/or email address.
- Business name and location and/or active subscription number.
- Description of issue and what has been done to troubleshoot the issue so far.
